We place equal importance on every assignment regardless of level and work closely with you to create a realistic recruitment timetable, and most importantly then deliver against it.

If we do not feel we have the capability to handle an assignment for you, then we would rather tell you upfront and refer you to someone better suited for success.

Where are we?

Our core team are split location between Cambridge (UK) and Innsbruck (AT), with our Associate network concentrated around London/UK South and Central Europe.

Our model is remote and we utilise our search experience to complete assignments across the whole of the UK&I and mainland Europe.

Assignments we have worked on include:

Senior Finance Appointment (65k)
We supported a growing tech business with the recruitment of a Senior Finance professional. This was engaged on a retained basis, with £1500 on engagement and a completion fee of £5000.
Early Career Solution (21-24k) x 3
We supported a knowledge-based business with the recruitment of three graduate-level IT candidates into their Cambridge office. Shortlisted candidates completed a video introduction, and were then invited to a one stage process where they met the team manager, had a site tour and completed technical tests. This improved time of hire significantly and offers were managed within the same week. This assignment was engaged on a retained basis (£500/£1500 per vacancy).
HR Business Partner (70k)
We supported a global knowledge based business with the recruitment of a HR Business Partner based in Munich. (Contingency)
Product Manager (60k)
We supported a growing tech business in London with the recruitment of a new Product Manager. We ran a branded online campaign complemented by direct approach. This was a retained assignment with £1500 on engagement and £4500 on signed contract.
Executive Assistant to CEO
We supported a global business with the recruitment of an EA to CEO based in Frankfurt. This was retained at 1000€ on engagement and 3500€ on signed contracts.
Regional HR Director (100k)
Worked with a global hi tech business to recruit a Regional HR Director for the EMEA region. This was a non retained exclusive role
Sales Manager (80k)
Supported a tech start up with the recruitment of an Sales Manager (DACH). Retained at 2000€ with 6000€ on signed contract.
Marketing Assistant (22k)
Early career solution to find a marketing graduate. No retainer as new client and £2000 on signed contract.
